We are seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join our Client Services Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and enthusiastic about excellent customer service. This position calls for a person who is patient, logical, communicative, dependable and mannerly. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping customers. We are looking for individuals who don’t rest until they see a task through to its conclusion.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Triaging incoming phone calls & emails from our clients that come in to our help desk
  • Addressing phone calls and emails on topics that range from routine administrative support to technical troubleshooting & resolution
  • Properly documenting actions taken on cases opened, actioned or resolved in a ticketing system
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to ultimately ensure the best client experience
  • Placing outgoing calls and emails to customers to follow up on existing cases
  • Performing routine tasks to help clients maintain the reliability and performance of their systems

Skills and Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and focused with a passion for technology
  • Ability to learn and understand new ideas and concepts
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Written and verbal communication skills, possessing a professional yet personal tone
  • Ability to "think on your feet", assessing and planning troubleshooting strategies and solutions while collecting information about a client’s issue.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work shifts on evenings and weekends as required

Credentials and Experience:

  • Previous help desk experience is an asset
  • French or Spanish is an asset
  • Training will be provided

Deployment Assistant

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking hardworking, responsible, and reliable individuals to join our Deployments Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. Our team is results-focused and devoted to achievement, performance excellence, and professional growth. Having a background in the restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred, but above all, we are looking for strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for technology.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in providing clients with a smooth onboarding experience with our solutions
  • Performing routine tasks to support the deployment of client solutions
  • Maintain strong communication with clients via phone and email to schedule installation of new solutions
  • Training clients on how to use our solutions
  • Route reported issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Use internal workflow systems
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a timely and successful solution deployment

Skills and Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and correspondence skills with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly, meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Reliable team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Must be a motivated self-starter that is able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and adapt to changing priorities
  • Training will be provided at the beginning of employment

Credentials and Experience:

  • Customer service experience (1-2 years), including phone and email correspondence
  • Scheduling or project management experience is an asset
  • POS (Point of Sale) experience is an asset, especially with: Squirrel, Micros (Oracle), POSitouch
  • Experience with payment processors, acquirers or gateways is an asset
  • Retail and hospitality industry experience is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) is preferred

Deployment Technician

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join our Deployments Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and are comfortable working with technology. Our team is results-focused and devoted to achievement, performance excellence, and professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting remote installs for clients
  • Providing technical expertise on projects and escalated issues
  • Troubleshooting diverse technical scenarios (both software & hardware related)
  • Configuring middleware and testing Point of Sale terminals upon completion of installation
  • Taking ownership of issue resolution, communicating with Third Parties as required
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through timely and outstanding customer service

Skills and Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about payment processing technologies including e-commerce and online ordering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative, proactive and able to "think outside the box"
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Professional with excellent communication skills (French is an asset)
  • Requires knowledge of TCP / IP networking

Credentials and Experience:

  • Customer service experience (1-2 years) is an asset

  • Although most of our installations are conducted remotely, some travel is required to assist clients with on-site installations; availability for occasional travel is an asset

We are seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join our Equipment Services Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and enthusiastic about excellent customer service. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals who pride themselves as being patient, logical, communicative, dependable and persistent.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be a team player with a proactive, positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Packaging equipment for shipment
  • Loading payment devices with software
  • Processing returned equipment
  • Coordinating with hardware fulfillment partners
  • Updating equipment in our tracking system
  • Processing equipment for repairs

Additional Notes:

  • No experience is necessary, training will be provided
  • Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs. may be required
